Unfortunately, the owners of the Barney copyright do the show for only 
$35,000.00 american per episode.

And I happen to know the liscencing rights the received last year was 
netted in the amount of around $350,000,000.000 american.

They , unfortunately, now also have overseas and translated productions 
as well.

If anyone went bankrupt, it might have been on of the licencees.
