Y'know, we can use the villians that have been named so far as decoys for
the big baddie, whoever it turns out to be ("(?)", plug!). Thus we can
fight a little over who is the baddie until we realize he's not the real
baddie.

We could do something like the Eddorians in the Lensmen saga... multiple 
layers of organization, each layer has to be penetrated and defeated 
before the next layer is hinted at, etc...

Nahh. Too much work. |)
