goes to confront them and ask about Ranma, saying that Ranma is not

7)  Ranma, standing beside Akane gets angry and tells Kuno off.

8)  Kuno is stunned as Akane's fiancee is another girl.

It sounds like a good idea to me.  It would definately be an interesting
story, at the least.
