I vote for the UNGCC after my analogue puts them all out of a job by
turning Gojira-chan into one of her friends.  And trashing their
headquarters after they objected to her asking Gojira to deal with
certain elements who shall remain unnamed, but led to rather messy
splatterings of said elements all over Tokyo.  It took about three weeks
to finish cleaning the green blood off the streets, buildings, and out of
the subway tunnels.  Made my analogue very glad she didn't have to take
the subways let me tell you.

Anyway, the UNGCC wasn't happy about being blamed for the mess, so they
sent MOGERA after Gojira-chan and Ghidora-chan.  My analogue turned the
beam-sats on it, and it made a big hole in their headquarters building.
They have a motive, time, energy, and can do mass-mailings to anyone they
think might help in their quest for revenge.  It would seem that they are
doing pretty well at it, for they have already driven one person so far
off the deep end that my analogue is going to have to try and stop him,
leaving the rest of the Senshi to attemp to clean up after him.
