Well, in my works, Jusenkyo water cannot be used to cure a Jusenkyo 
curse.  Once the curse happens, it is irrevocably bonded to their genes, 
and cannot be removed or replaced.  If a person is splashed with water 
from another spring, it will change them once, but that's all.  Hence, in 
"Honor Among Devils", I fill up a bottle of Nannichuan water for Chris, 
as (s)he is the only one who can really use it, with the possible but 
unlikely exception of Biles.
