Well I've never written a real fic before, but I have written an 
alternate ending to Ranma 1/2: "Childhood's End" where Ranma-chan got 
stuck as a girl permanently and married Kuno. :)

Ranma 1/2: Childhood's Revenge

Philip is sitting in his room, doing homework. All of a sudden, a big 
hole opens up in the air, and Ranma and Akane step out. The hole closes 
behind them.

Philip: What...? (turns around to notice Ranma and Akane)

Ranma: Hi Philip. Remember us?

Philip: You're.. Ranma and Akane.. it can't be...

Ranma: Yes its us. And we have one thing to say to you. HOW DARE YOU TURN 
ME INTO A GIRL PERMANENTLY AND MAKE ME MARRY KUNO!

Philip: Hey hey, would you rather have everyone get killed?

Akane: No, but you should have fixed the story! PHILIP NO BAKA!

Cut to outside view of Philip's House. Suddenly Philip flies out of a 
hole in the roof just made by his body. He screams as he is launched up 
into the air. He then runs out of kinetic energy and falls back down, 
making another hole in the roof. He falls on the floor with a loud THUD!

Philip: (muttering) Kawaiikunai irokagnee onna. (Uncute sexless girl.)

Akane: I heard that! (mallets Philip's into the ground)

Philip: ... (is unconscious)

Ranma picks up a bucket of water from who-knows-where and douses Philip 
with it.

Philip: (wakes up) Auughh! Cold! (notices his, or rather her voice has 
suddenly gone up. Philip now has long blond hair done in two pigtails 
with meatballs on top)

Philip closes her eyes and opens her shirt and looks down. A pair of 
breasts pop out. 

(Outside view of Philip's House. It is a peaceful day, with birds 
chirping. Nothing seems out of the ordinary except for two human-shaped 
holes in the roof. Suddenly the silence is broken by someone screaming. 
"AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The birds look up, 
startled and quickly fly away.")

Back in Philip's House....

Philip: Grr! First my house, then my body! I won't forgive you! TSUKI NI 
KAWATTE, OSHIOKYO! Moon Purisuma Power, Make Up!

(Cut to the outside of Philip's House. Shouts of "Sailor Moon Kick!" 
"Moon Tiara Action!" "Moon Princess Halation!" "Sailor Body Attack!" 
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack!" and many loud crashes can be heard. Then 
Ranma and Akane fly out of two new holes in the roof screaming...)

(On someone's TV set. "Today in the news... a mysterious heroine called 
Sailor Moon has just appeared. A bank was in the process of being robbed 
when Sailor Moon made her entrance, and disarmed the robber with what 
could only described as a 'magic frisbee'...")
