He walks again by night...out of the fog and into the smog. At the
corner of 4th & Lonely he turns left, at Lonely & 4th he turns right into a
red sandstone building...

     "OW!!!"

     He walks to the basement, descends the thirteen steps to a steel and
concrete reinforced door. He punches in a four digit passcode and
enters the room. 

    Flicking on the seventeen switches on the wall the lights, computers,
lab equipment and the Biogen system in the corner all activate. He turns
around and looks at this, his headquarters, his sanctuary, his home.
    He immediately activates the transmitter and broadcasts a special
message to the members of the Fanfiction Mailing List. A message of
only two words...

     "I'M BAAAAACK!"
