I forget where exactly I saw this, but I've read that Linna has studied
Tai Chi Chuan. 

Wasn't that in "Grand Mal"?  She came in 2nd in the World Championships, or
something like that?

Of course, there are those fanatical people out there who don't recognize
anything from BGC:GM as being 'canon', and I don't really know if that
particular reference comes from the background material (what there is of
it) on Linna or not.

It's *possible* that she uses some Capoeira too (a dance-like martial arts
style which originated in Brazil), but that's just a suggestion on my
part.

IIRC, someone wrote a fanfic where she was learning that style.
