	Actually, true.  The first appearance of Shampoo is at the end of 
the Golden Pair story, as I recall, which I mark as Ranma and Akane first 
really starting to consider each other fiancees, even if they still don't 
like each other yet.  Once Ranma took the fall rather than sacrifice 
Akane, no one else really stood a chance.
	Now, if Ukyou had somehow managed to show up around the time 
Ryouga first did, she might have been able to squeeze herself in.  As it 
was, she arrived *way* too late...

That's the sequel to, um, that fic with the magic not-quite-
wish-fulfilling ring, right?  (Sorry, I forgot the name - was it
_Sequence_, or am I confusing that?)
