Well, what do you expect?  After chasing someone for years, you're gonna

Ukyou is not a person who is good at letting things bounce off her.  She 
takes things to heart.  Too much to heart, often.

And Ukyo being depressed was kind of the only thing I could think to do
with her; having her happily cooking okonomiyaki till the end of her

Kasumi - is getting irritating.  Can't she screw up once?  She's

No.  Kasumi doesn't screw up.  Any time you see Kasumi in a competition 
in manga and anime, she always wins.  Always.  (As far as I can tell) 
(One exception being the Movie two bride competition, but then she's not 
exactly trying to win.)

Now there are situations she doesn't/can't resolve/doesn't try to 
resolve/, but when she actually intervenes, she doesn't fail.

One of my biggest problems is making people talk the way I do.  I'll
have to go back to rewrite these scenes, you're right.

Heh.  One comment on Ranma--Putting your heart in the right place was, 
"When did Ranma, Akane, and everyone else memorize the works of 
shakespeare and other greats of American and British literature" :)

I know my chars talk like me, and I often start talking like Kunou :)
