This is starting to be come the "Ranma Fanfic Mailing list".  I think I was
first disstressed when some asked to join "wanting to know more about Ranma"
(I think that was it).

Actually, it's always been like this.
More people will read Ranma fics than almost any other series.  Most fics 
based on other series vanish without a trace, thus discouraging people 
from writing them.  The main exception is Sailor Moon, but then half the 
list will just delete your story without reading it.  You'll still get 
some feedback, but not enough.

 

        Can you people think of something else to write? I don't mind Xovers
with other series with Ranma...but try to write some fics based on other
things...like YUA, Gunsimth Cats, Loddoss, Lupin, City Hunter, Tenchi! I'd
love a another tenchi fic!

Why?  We're not here for your personal amusement.  We write what we like.
End of story.
If you don't like it, go write some fics on all those series.
