Much of the behavior that Kunoichi cites as evidence of underhandedness
is only underhanded if Ukyou is trying to break up a relationship of
love, and not simply dealing with a relationship into which Ranma has
been forced by his family.

Well, you can decide for yourself if Ukyou is underhanded, mean and 
nasty or not from the list of when she's appeared in the manga, and
what she did of note...

I've only bothered to do up to the okonomiyaki sauce episode, from the
manga, because basically everyone agrees she's nasty after this. If
you want me to try to look through the rest of the manga, I can, when
I get the time...

		     Attacks Ranma in class
		     Tried to bash up Ranma when they were kids
	 - Part 6  - Fights Ranma, as challenged
	 	   - Turns out that Ukyou is a girl
	 - Part 7  - Turns out to be Ranma's iinazuke, bent on vengance
		   - Promises revenge for Ranma leaving her
		   - Continues to attack Ranma even when it's Genma's fault
		   - Falls straight in love with Ranma because he called her
			'cute'
	 - Part 8  - Attacks Ryouga for fighting Ranma
		   - Deviously plans to break up Ranma and Akane
		   - Manipulates Ryouga for her own ends, which happened to
			be his dream
	 - Part 9  - Sets up her plan
		   - Asks Akane about Ranma
		   - Gives Akane the 'love' letter that she wrote
	 - Part 10 - Bashes up Ryouga for not wanting to be alone with Akane
		   - Attacks the girl who she thinks is Ryouga's real fiancee
			because she's in the way of Ryouga breaking up Ranma
			and Akane
	 - Part 11 - Plays around with Ranma's curse
Manga 10 - Part 9  - Throws Tsubasa in the bin, smashing it into the sky
		   - Lies to Tsubasa as she didn't consider Ranma to be her
			fiancee at that time - she only wanted revenge
	 - Part 10 - Bashes up Tsubasa on sight
	 	   - Makes sure that Tsubasa doesn't win against Ranma,
			making him cry and not caring
Manga 13 - Part 2  - Wants to use Ranma's weakness to make him become her
			house husband
	 - Part 4  - Goes on the training trip to get alone with Ranma
	 - Part 5  - Helps with the training by staring at the naked photo
			of Ranma
	 - Part 6  - Looks after Ryouga by smashing him in the face with a
			giant mallet
		   - Attacks an unarmed Akane with her spatula
Manga 15 - Part 4  - Bashes up Bakuchiou King when he shows her a Royal
			Straight Flush
		   - She lost her yatai to King when she was a kid, and used
			Ranma to try to win it back for her
		   - Tries to make Ranma work for her at Ucchan's if he loses
			to King
	 - Part 5  - Gets Ranma to play some sort of card game, using clothes
			to bet with
		   - Uses Ranma's loss against King to glomp onto his arm
		   - Uses Ranma's loss against King to get him alone in her
			house, hoping for her 'chance' with him that night
	 - Part 6  - 'Helps' Ranma with the card game, hoping he will lose
	 - Part 7  - Tells Akane how Ranma's loss will mean that Ranma will
			marry her and help her with okonomiyaki selling
		   - Makes Ranma work for her, anyway, because Ranma cheated
Manga 16 - Part 1  - Goes on the Onsen race with Ryouga, to sell okonomiyaki
	 - Part 2  - Fights with Shampoo over Ranma

Manga 17 - Part 6  - Goes to attack Nabiki for being Ranma's iinazuke
		   - At the last second choses to hire Ranma, instead
		   - Fights with Nabiki (who is saved by Ranma) and Shampoo
			and Kodachi
Manga 19 - Part 4  - Gets sick from bad okonomiyaki sauce
		   - Uses her sickness to move into Ranma's bedroom
		   - Tries to bathe Ranma
		   - Tries to sleep in the same bed with Ranma
	 - Part 5  - Remembers Ranma's 'promise' and tells Akane
	 - Part 6  - Tries to act like Ranma's wife
	 - Part 7  - Tries to be a 'good wife' for Ranma, hoping to stop
			Ranma and Akane's masquerade as husband and wife
		   - Gives up on okonomiyaki to be a 'good wife'
		   - Pretends to be a faithful wife who's husband is sleeping
			around with his mistress, manipulating Ranma in this
			way with fake tears
	 - Part 8  - Finally gives up and goes back to okonomiyaki cooking
			because she can't handle being a woman over an
			okonomiyaki cook
