sneaky/underhanded? Drug Ranma's food? No, Shampoo did that. Drug Ranma's 
flowers? No, Kodachi did that.

Lets see. Who did the anti-tunnle of love? Ukyou. Who tried to sleep with
Ranma and see him naked in the bath while pretending to still be sick?
Ukyou. Who tried to force Ranma to work for her because of some bet that
she thought she'd win because she knew Ranma can't play cards? Ukyou. Who
was hoping that Ranma'd sleep with her, alone, at her place because of
this stuff to do with the bet? Ukyou. Who tries to kill any girl who
stands between her and what she wants? Ukyou. Who tried to murder Akane
at her wedding, so she could stop Akane from marrying Ranma? Ukyou. Who
lied to Tsubasa to get him to stop going after her, pretending that she
was in love with Ranma when all she wanted to do was get revenge? Ukyou.
Who tried to set up Akane with Ryouga so she could get Ranma? Ukyou. Who
tried to bash up Ryouga for not going along with her plans? Ukyou. Who
tried to kill Ryouga's 'fiancee' for just turning up and being Ryouga's
fiancee? Ukyou. Her plans are more subtle than Shampoo and Kodachi's, but
she's as bad as the two, as shown on numerous occasions in the manga.
Especially when she joins with them in trying to kill Nabiki, trying to
kill Hinako, and trying to force her valentine's gift on him. But only
Kodachi prooved she was better than Ukyou and Shampoo when she did NOT
try to kill Akane at the wedding.

and the sex-changed 'wife's' only abilities in any other
area is to cook and not beat him. 

I could go into a long boring discussion about why people get married 
here but I won't. Let's compare Ukyou and Akane's talents shall we? I 
mean what can Akane do for Ranma that Ukyou can't? Ukyou is an expert 
cook, is prettier than Akane, is much nicer to Ranma than she is, loves 
him AND is willing to admit it, and is also a better martial artist 
(after all, Ranma and whomever he marries will be carrying on the Saotome 
School of Anything-Goes Martial Arts).

Most people marry because they love each other. Ranma and Akane love each
other, so they will get married. Nice and simple. Ranma doesn't love Ukyou
and only thinks of her as a friend, just like Akane thinks of Ryouga as a
friend. And since Akane is the heir to the Musabetsu Kakuto Tendou Ryuu,
she's the perfect one to join with the Musabetsu Kakuto Saotome Ryuu. Ukyou
doesn't know Musabetsu Kakuto. And, besides, Ukyou's love is selfish. She
doesn't give a damn about what Ranma wants, any more than Shampoo and 
Kodachi give a damn about what he wants. She'd rather kill off rivals than
wish him happiness. At least Ryouga left Akane to find happiness with Ranma
instead of trying to kill him at his own wedding.

Nice, yes. Loveness, no. Semi-homosexual? Oh come on, you think Ukyou is 
less feminine than Akane? Not really. Ukyou does wear men's clothing, but 
other than that she's much more feminine than Akane (see above).

Definately loveless. Ranma doesn't love Ukyou. And semi-homosexual? Yes.
Ranma thinks of Ukyou as 'one of the guys' not a girl - you can't change
your thinking over night. But, please, show me in the manga where Ukyou
is more feminine than Akane? She's never worn a dress in her life, and
isn't about to start now. The closest she's come is when she was pretending
to be sick, and dressed in a kimono - she even SAID that she wasn't a good
enough woman, and was better as an okonomiyaki cook. She's a cook, not a
woman, as she's said herself.

What does everyone else think? Should Ranma marry Akane, Ukyou, or Shampoo?

Doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. It's only what Ranma thinks.
And he wants to marry Akane because he loves her. If you want evidence
of where Ranma says he loves her, he says it in the final story. Also,
Akane's willing to marry Ranma. Actually, in the last few manga issues,
she's been willing to do just about anything for him. And it was so sweet
when she asked to sit in his lap and for him to hold her for a while
longer, and he thought it was nice... Awww... And all their almost kisses.
They all ment much more to Ranma than Shampoo-slut's glomping and her
kisses and attempted kisses. It's obvious, too, that he enjoyed it more
than Ukyou's trying to force herself on him, too, in that manga where she
pretended to be sick - all Ranma wanted to do was get RID of her.

Please show me some proof, in the manga, of where Ranma loves Ukyou. Is
it, perhaps, only in your own mind? If so, then that's only your opinion,
not even based on facts. Please provide facts, supporting your opinion.

If you can't find any facts, then WHY do you think this way? Just because
she's your favourite character? Even so, you shouldn't say that Ranma
thinks one thing (ie. you saying that Ranma loves her) when he doesn't.
