I beleive they call each other "Mr. Tendou" and "Mrs. Saotome" etc...

I know that Mr. Tendou calls Mrs. Saotome "Okusan", which I believe means
something like "Ma'am". Incidentally, MR. Saotome refers to Nodoka as
"Okusan" on his billboards while just a cuddly littl' panda. :)
