I have a ideal. Hows about a Doctor Who/Sailor Moon >crossover. The
Master, fresh from his "acident" with the Eye Of Harmiey" >ends up in the Dark
Kingdom (after the destruction of Queen Berly and Empress >Metalica), and
revises Jadite. Using Jadite as a pawn, the Master seeks >the ultimate time
traveling device to regain his lost regenerations. The >device? Sailor Pluto's
Time Staff. What is Pluto's conection with Galafray? Whair >does the Doctor fit
in? And what would he think of all theas pre-teen girls >running around in
sailor fuka and destroying Youma?
    Add a Cyberman or a Darlic, and season to taist.

	I mentioned a simialr Idea a while back:  Here's a slightly more 
extensive version of the concept.  (Which I am not going to try to write unless 
I get to see the Post R Sailor Moon to get Sailor Pluto in character.)
	In the Doctor's universe Susan the Doctor's grandaughter has vanished.  
The Doctor discovers the dimensional fisure she fell through and tries to follow 
her in the Tardis.  However he winds up in Present day Tokyo with the Tardis 
unable to travel back past the time where Princess Serenity used the Silver 
Crystal to destroy Queen Beryl.
	Meanwhile what's left of The Master arives where Jaedites crystal is 
stored.  The master manages to use a flaw in the crystal to steal Jaedites Body. 
 (Possibly with aid from the Black Guardian) With his new powers and his 
incredible knowledge of time he sets out to gain the artifact that will make him 
master of time in she Senshi universe: the time staff.
	The Doctor meets Setsuna, and both think the other is familiar.  The 
master attacks, Sailor Pluto responds, and the Doctor realises that Sailor Pluto 
is Susan.
	That's the setup, here's a few possibilities I can see from my knowledge 
of Dr. Who:
1 The master was always a briliant Hypnotist, that's probably been enhanced by 
his new body.  (Sailor Jupiter I'm Sailor Moon, the master is over there.)
2 All of The Doctor's family except for Susan were killed during an attempted 
Coup by The Master, the master could use this as a potent psychological weapon 
against Sailor Pluto.
3 Susan is Galifreyan which means she had 13 lives back when she arived in the 
Silver Milenium.  She might have even arived before the silver Milenium and 
helped to establish it.
3a If you want to come up with an explination for the Sailor Suits, try this: 
Susan was origionally from a futuristic school, there was have been a revival of 
the Sailor Suit as the hot fashon trend, and Susan was wearing one when she got 
sucked into the past of the Senshi world.  She treasured this outfit as her link 
to her home, and wore it on special occasions.  When the Silver Milenium was 
established and the Senshi were created, their uniforms might have been based on 
Susan's old clothes as a way of honering her.
