I know this is a little late, but it's very hard
to tell who is thinking what.  If you put 
brackets or the < > signs around the thoughts,
then moved them closer to the text concerning the
person, it might help.

ex.

"Something's going wrong," A-ko said.  <Could it
be B-ko again?>

You get the point.
