RANMA 1/2:  THE LONG HARD ROAD: FACADES
by George Mori.
*Grammar:  6  I saw punctuation errors, capitalization errors, and sentence
fragments.  But you can easily ignore over that in the second half of the
fanfic.
*Story: 8 Damn it, you beat me to it!!  I was going to write something about
one of the family members hating the other family member because of what
they did.  And you beat me to it.  The end letter was a great touch.
*Characters:  7.5  This was hard to judge.  I didn't know what score to give
you.  First, Akane was not in character.  I don't see her calling Nabiki,
"heartless Bitch,"  slapping Nabiki, or swearing off a whole lot.  Kuno was
a little over done; he speaks from poetry stuff to normal talk to poetry.
Nabiki was okay, but she suddenly began crying near the beginning flashback
in front of Akane, it was not her.  I would think Nabiki would cry alone
when Akane leaves or something.  Then again, Hitoshi was very well portrayed.
*Humor: 6  It was funny in the beginning when they were cussing off.
*Drama: 7
*Overall:  8  Nice fic, you did a great job.  Even though you can tighten up
your mechanics more.  The emotions you portrayed was top notch.

ALTERNATIONS CHAPTER 1: RANMA ARRIVES

*Grammar: 8  You know your grammar.
*Story:  5.5  Wow, the same old thing that I read a 100 times in the manga.
But wait, they have different personalities!! Wow!  What a difference!
(Singing)Blockbust... ehem. This might get interesting, but I don't know.  I
don't think this story is going to work.  It's probably going to be the same
story from the manga only with slight modifications of the character's
personality.  This is why I can't get my Nadoka Elseworlds story I wanted to
write work.  It's basically the same story.  With a minor twist.
Characters:  8  They're good cuz it's straight from the manga!
Overall: 6  At least your grammar is outstanding.  But that alone will get
you a great score.  (Unless you count 6 as a good score)

A RANMA 1/2 FANFICTION:THE CHAOS MACHINE

*Grammar:  7  After I read this and "Alternations,"  I noticed more prose
being used.  Even John Biles used prose in that Boy/girl fic.  And Both Paul
and Plunger has that Richard Lawson style prose to it to.  Hmmm, just my
thoughts.
*Story:  7  Pretty good.  I like Gosunkugi stories, but they do have to be
well done.
*Characters: 7 Gosunkugi was fairly greatly handled... Ummm that's all I can
say. There are no other characters.
*Humor: 6 great ending.
*Overall: 7 This is short and sweet. Short stories are hard to write and
review for me. You did a descent job, Plunger.
