Well, since we're on the topic of Nerima and the relative distance from 
the Palace in Tokyo, I thought I'd ask you guys a question about Nekomi
City.

I know it doesn't exist, right? Well, how far is Tokyo from Nekomi City  if it
does exist? Or should I just make up a few hours for my fic?

I frankly don't know if it actually exists or not.  I suspect not, as I've never
heard of it...

Either way, I think, for purposes of a fic, put it wherever you want.  Put it
next to Tokyo or put it in Portugal.  If the story's good, you can get away
with a lot.  (This is much the same advice I gave to the guy who asked
where Nerima was, even though Nerima is a real place)
