This story's been done.  Well, not the pregnancy part, but the
permanenty  male-Akane/female-Ranma has been done.  I forget who did
it or the name of the story, but its on (or was) ftp.std.com.  However,
someone could probably redo it better...

It's called "What a Couple of Dips."  It is a very old fanfic, probably done
when Ranma first came out in the US.  It has it's problems, but still
entertaining.  I wonder if the Daytona anime club is doing anything else lately.
