	Okay here is a shot at it. This is a very literal translation 
derived from a Japanese dictionary. 
	Shizuka(quiet) Raimei(Thunder)
	Raging Calm is a little harder. I do not know how to make a 
gerundive in Japanese, or even if there is one in Japanese, so I have to 
make a approximation of the phrase. It will be Violent Calm (sorry 
sounds corny, but I chose the form that means destructive) so the name 
would be Boryoku-teki(destructive) Heisei(calm). I would suggest however 
to use the form of violent that translates as uncontrollable (Hageshii). 
If you do not like this translation, e-mail me with a new phrase, and I 
will try to translate it.
