Warning!  heisei is the current regime(not sure what to call it.  has
proper name am sure.  Is name of the emperor's reign, like Meiji(the
one during which the Japan opened up to the outside world after
several hundred years of military rule) or Showa(the previous emperor,
who died in early 1989))
