Well, there was one that came close, but didn't actually have the Ranma cast
interact with PtB, it was Surreal World 3, on the remailer.

Robma used Pinky and the Brain in a short one-off involving Tsubasa and 
his .sig Allegra... a Valentine's Day special, IIRC.
