Peter certainly gets around doesn't he.  In fact, I suspect that he runs  
the Non-existent Space/Time Tourist Travel Board... staffed by Noone, 
used by Noone.

Hmmm... sounds like certain public transport organisations.

Noone knows the trouble he's caused recently...but the likelyhood of
running into Peter in space is fairly high. After all, Noone can survive
without oxygen, or live in space without a suit.
   Will he ever turn up in a review? Noone knows.
