(maniacal grin) Are you volunteering to run such a page?
Actually, I was hoping that someone else (a lurker) would step forward and
volunteer to run it. I don't know how to write html code and would rather be
writing fanfiction anyway.
The only problem I would have with it is that there's already Bateson's
Ranma 1/2 Fanfic Guide and Taleswapper's Best Of page. A third large
page could serve to encompass other series, though...
The problem with review guides is that they are incomplete. The two pages
mentioned are just Ranma fanfic guides, and even they have their problems.
David Bateson's Guide is the better of the two but is currently 8 months
since its last version, but it was complete to that time. Taleswapper's page
is more current, but it is extremely incomplete, both in fanfic entries and
entry information.
I'll think about it and propose a format tomorrow morning.

I was thinking that it'll be easier if the authors themselves wrote a
short header for their 'fic. Something along the lines of Subject/Genre
(e.g. Original flavor Ranma, Crossover, Original anime, etc), author
(duh! :), size, creation date (not sure about this one), last update
date, plans for future (if the story is being continued), and <50 words
description of the story. WW would have an easier time updating the
remailer :) as well as other updating their WWW pages. Just my $0.0197
