Just wondering if anyone has any idea as to the current relationship
between RAAC and the new archive?  before, any post to RAAC contained an `X-
World-Archive:' header and was both immediately included in the archive and
immediately locatable/available should one happen to have missed a post.  It
seems now that nothing posted to RAAC is immediately available in the archive,
no `X-World-Archive:' headers are included and missed posts can't be
retrieved.  Since the new FAQ says nothing about changes to the relationship
between the new archive and RAAC posts, has anyone any idea as to what the
current status is and what the future status will be?
