In the manga, she's got black hair.  Consistently.
Want me to prove it?  Okaaaay...the way Viz translates
color into gray-scale, blond and other colored hair
has a half-tonish color..or no color inside at all.

Take Tsubasa's hair for instance, or Akane's dress, or
Cologne's hair, or how about the hair on the girls on
the beach in that issue with those three love pills...

You see?  Dark colors come out as solid in these books.

Ranma-chan's hair is solid.

Therefore, it's black.
