What I wanna know is what happened to Ranma's curse? Did it leave with
death? did the crow remove/inactivate it? Or did you just plain forget?

Will it come back?

Yes, the curse missing is slightly 'strange'. However, as I read the fic, I 
noticed that the generally funny nature of the curse wouldn't fit a dark 
storyline. I'd say that maybe adding a line where Ranma acknowledges that the 
curse is gone after coming up from the grave would be sufficient to fix that 
small error.
