Calm down.  The only people who get any in Honeymoon are
K1 and BD.  But, for another scene, where *nothing* happens,
I might add, I need that age.  I want to avoid the word
"jailbait".  Anyway, she's not 12 in my fic, she's 15.

Actually the BBC had a news item about this on the radio on Monday.  It gave 
the age of consent as 13 if both parties are willing.  The news item was on 
the phenomenon of "compensated dating" and "telephone clubs".  It detailed how 
these operate. A person male or female can hire/use a booth and telephone at 
such a club.  Those interested in a date can phone in.  If both parties agree 
they meet and things can progress from there.  The point of the article was 
that there is growing concern about the numbers of school children legally 
making contacts for dates via such clubs.  There were also comments on the 
fact that in a certain suburb near Tokyo while there were no cafes etc. open 
after 21:00, there were 3 telephone clubs open all night.
