Unix....ahhhhhh! 

You can use MS Word, especially good for spellchecking, but I'd
advise STRONGLY to open it up with MSDOS editor afterwards to make
sure that it's all lined up properly.

Another thing is to make sure it a native txt file, not a converted Doc...
