How about a Ranma/Simpsons crossover?  It'd be weird... and maybe Ranma'd 
finally meet his match in Homer (who's a pretty damn good fighter in his 
own right.)

How about Ranma/HGttGalaxy?  Somebody started one, but it dissapeared. :(

Reboot and GitS?  
Lodoss and Midkemia (or Thomas Convenant the Unbeliever)
I'm currently working on Doom and Ranma (with some Lovecraft on the side.)
And just about anything with Discworld (if the writer can emulate 
Pratchet's writing well...)
I'd love to see something done with Elric.
