Actually, in the manga, you can see Gosunkugi's room at one point.  He
has Shinto AND Voodoo fetishes, along with a few other various unrelated
magic-type items.  Who knows what he did in all the time he wasn't centered
on?  The character was left very open to interpretation, and (yeah yeah,
Anime isn't cannon :P) he had TONS of magic items in the anime that weren't
even VAGUELY related to Shinto or Voodoo.

Hmm... from the manga, all I can see of Gos's room is that he's rather 
messy, got video tapes on the ground, a large bed, tv and video player,
norrmal desk, posters/photos on the wall (of Akane, it seems from the
large photo - the hair style looks right), and a shelf.

On the shelf is a few boxed, something that looks like a large candle,
a few small candles... and stuff I can't see properly, but they LOOK
like lots of cameras. There's a juujuu doll on the floor, too.

Other than that, I can't really tell... It's in manga 23, part 11.
The opening to this story is where they stole the start of the Hinako
OVA!!

Kun-chan...
