that isn't powerful? While she can't possibly match Ryouga in strength, 
she makes up for skill. Also is there any major Ranma characters that 
doesn't have and...umm..interesting past? Who knows she might have had a 
couple of powerful enimies before. ^_^

In this paragraph you sound like you're planning to introduce a lot of the 
features people generally hate about original characters.  Do try and 
avoid ruining an interesting idea.

AS to commenting that Ranma & Ryouga have only a handful of special moves 
- keep in mind that they're 16 years old and the only characters ever 
shown with more moves are Cologne & Happosai - even the 1-off grossities 
that drop by to pick fights and be beaten up don't have more moves 
shown.  At the moment your Ranko does seem too powerful, but is still 
somewhat bearable.

 Too true, but don't you think all new character seems more powerfull 
then they really are? You don't know how close Ranko was to losing. As 
stories go, you have to intoduce new characters. As for the rest I said 
it was just rambling to prove a point.

 Authors note: Ranko like Ranma tend to bost a bout stuff.
