Couple of typos, one He instead of She, that's about it.

	It got typed in a hurry, and the spellchecker is weak.  I was in the 
lab, 13 minutes away from my dictionary, so I got sloppy.

Loved the "clue phone".  ^_^

	Thanks.  Writing Shun's verbal gags is one of my favorite parts 
of this 'fic.
 

What troubles me a little is the incredible timing.

Nabiki flipped through her datebook.  "Hmm, a dragon will attack
Joketsuzoku in three days, causing incredible damage but not actually
killing anyone.  I may as well send my daughter there; it's an ideal way
to learn how to control herself without actually putting her in mortal
danger."

It does stretch credibility that things come to a head between Brook and
her saurian suitor *just* as Tachi and Shun arrive.  Is this a loose end
that will be tied up later?

	Hmm...  I hadn't thought about that.  I was just going to chalk 
it up to Ranmaverse coincidence.  These things do happen there, after 
all.  But I always like tightly knit plots.  Double hmmm...

	O.K.  For all you folks who wonder why C&C is important, this is 
it.  I've now got a new idea for my story, one that will make it better.  
Here's my train of thought; it includes SPOILERS, though, so skip the 
rest of the message if you are bothered by these things.
	In any event, go out _now_ and write some C&C for an ongoing 
'fic.  For the purely selfish, you could just end up with a 'fic that is 
exactly what _you_ want to read, 'cuz _your_ ideas get used.  For those 
of a more altruistic bend, you help a fellow FFML'er to improve their 
art.

	Tachi is bummed because D&I made her feel inadequate.  Everyone 
else who crossed over was a better fighter (in fact, she sat through the 
entire final battle tied up).  There were smarter people around; Nabiki and 
Cologne certainly out-thought her, and Ryo "won" because he used his 
brains as well as his muscles.  Plus she didn't have a boyfriend.  Her 
parents were obviously fated to be together, and Ryo, the only "new" 
person she was interested in, was engaged to a copy of one of her friends.
	Nabiki sensed this, since D&I was in the recent past (from a 
SymPol POV).  She also knew that Shun had a crush on Tachi (I was hinting 
at that in SymPol 9).
	I've hinted at a Mousse/Nabiki connection.  Mousse has been 
having problems with his own daughter.  She doesn't respect his 
"outworld" ways, and she's having boy problems, in the form of one Myrrh.
	If you haven't figured out that Myrrh is Jusenkyo cursed to turn 
into a storm dragon, well, now you know.  Herb, Lime, Mint, Saffron... 
you get the picture.
	So Nabiki and Mousse talk about their kids.  Nabiki decides a 
field trip is in order.  Shun is certainly safe enough among the Amazons, 
and everyone involved is smart enough to stay away from Jusenkyo.  This 
way Tachi might get a clue about how Shun feels, and Brook would realize 
what other options are available to her in the boy department (Tachi and 
Nabiki talked about Ryo's conversation with Spring about husband hunting, 
and Spring and Brook have quite a bit in common).
	So now we get a link that eliminates the bizarre coincidence problem:   
both girls were having boy problems at the same time.  That's not 
unusual; they're both sixteen, after all.  It just happens that Tachi's 
problems were caused by time travel, and Brook's by a dragon shapeshifter.
