Wow! I hope my first fanfic attempt turns out as good as this one 
did! 
    I especially like how you dealt with Akane's "guilt" as she realizes 
the mean things she's done to Ranma in the hospital room. It was about 
darn time Akane got to see how ununderstanding (is that a word) she 
*really* is sometimes. I also like how you set up Ranma's trials in the 
throes of death.
    You said that Zen was an Ukyo-sider, but, hey, that's okay. To me, as 
long as Ranma doesn't end up with Shampoo or Kodachi I will be pleased 
(not that you should try to please me in your writing or anything). 
     In short, I liked it. Finish those other half-dozen or so fics you 
alluded to in the end!
