Comment on the bad parts!  

"Nice story" is great for the self-esteem, but the reason people are
posting to the list is (usually) because they want to become better
writers.  A few "what are you trying to do here?" and "This makes no
sense!" type comments, with explanation, is far more helpful than glowing
praise. 

Don't think a fic or an author ever reaches a point where they're beyond
criticism, neither.

most likely to use as the basis for the *real* ending of Ranma 1/2?  My
