For that matter, I think this whole thing started when you laughed at
someone calling Viz an 'official' translation.  Tell me, just how does
Gerard Jones's role spoil all this, when if they only had a single
translator, he'd be doing both Toshifumi Yoshida's role and Gerard
Jones's?

Actually, it started because I laughed when someone called Viz 'officil'
when talking about the names of attacks. The work of Gerard Jones came
into it when HAYES said something about 'So I LIKE the translations of
Gerard Jones' ... Then I pointed out that he doesn't do the actual
translating - Toshifumi Yoshida does this. All Gerard does it Merkinise
the translation. And that's beside the point anyway - Gerard Jones has
nothing to do with the name of Hinako's attacks since that has only
been done in the anime - Trish Ledoux's department.
