  well, lets get down to business

1> I need to know the name for the footwear that Ninjas use.
   A description of it would be that it is a sliper type object with 
small grips on the bottom and a strap that goes inbetween the bigtoe and 
your second toe, and from the sides of the heel area, and goes up and 
wraps around your ankle to make it tight and secure.
    I think I described it right, but if I didn't, please give me the right 
description for it and the Japanese name for it.
