In the dubbed OAV, that last one was "Happo -no yen coin- return".

Isn't it the Happou-spare-change-exchange or something like that? I
should look at the manga, but I'm too tired right now. -_-

I go by "official translations".  Id Est, the ones used by Viz.  I use 
"Ukyo" instead of "Ukyou", for example, because thats the way Viz does 
it.  But that's just me...
