Well, I probably wont join this ML, but to answer your question, call up your 
ISP.  They'll tell you who to contact.  with my world account, all I had to do
was email an application to the people who run majordomo and wait about 2
weeks, though they had said only one.  They did the work of setting it up for
me, and then sent me a 12 page e-mail with instructions on how to work the
thing.  You probably won't need these unless something goes wrong with it.
