Viz, from what I've seen, uses 'idiot' or 'fool' to replace Baka.  Coming
off like 'Ranma you idiot!' or 'That fool, Saotome' but it just doesn't
seem to carry the weight of saying 'Ranma no baka!' or 'Saotome no baka!'
but that's just Mihoshi's opinion. ^^;

I agree, but the average John Q. American Video consumer has no idea what 
"baka" means, and it would be unfair to them.
