	The writing team may have consciously decided to avoid making 
Kimura resemble Hikaru too much after the first episode: they made her a 
math genius in the second episode, and they essentially removed her as a 
love interest for Kyosuke after Episode 4.

	It would have been really interesting to see how they'd handle 
Hikaru when she comes back in Episode 24.... too bad the project's been 
stalled for nearly two years now.
