I've had a few people ask me what a faust system is and whether it
really exists or not.
A faust system was a theoretical weapons system designed to first
puncture an opponents armor and then inject a high energy gas into
what ever lay beyond it. To date this weapon has never been
developed as a hand weapon. (plasma is NOT easy or fun to play with)
Many modern anti-armor missles use a modification of the same idea.
They use the directed plasma to burn through the armor and fricassce
whatever is behind it.
