But on the subject of tests, It's not really something that should be needed
unless there's something wrong.  There seems to be something wrong with this
list in particular.  Only about 1/2 of the messages I send to it ever come
back on the list.  Now my big question is, is limiting the posting on the
list only to people who are on the list nesecarry, because the only thing
that I can think of that would cause such problems would be a bad filter for
the email addresses.  Just a thought and an opinion.
