Subject: 	[FFML] Ranma Story Idea...


`	After seeing someone's idea about an alien trying to blend itself 
`in with Neriman society, I started to think about an Alien/Ranma 
`(possibly Alien vs. Predator/Ranma) crossover.
`
`	Think it's worth bothering with?
`	Here's a few ideas I came up with...
`
`	A meteor crashes near Jusenkyou.  When the amazons go to check it 
`out, they find a single naked female, who seems in considerable shock `and 
`quite violent.  They take her back to the village.
`	The girl is, of course, an alien who has fallen into the 
`nyannichuan.  The meteor was a predator ship, carrying a load of eggs to 
`another planet to set yet another hunting game (they've given up on 
`earth.  They've already lost to, what, Batman (twice!), Tarzan, various 
`native tribes, Magnus Robot Hunter, and Ripley's great-great 
`grandfather.)  Maybe an egg hatched.  Maybe they had a mother, and it `got 
`free.  End result - they crashed.
`	The human-alien is confused.  Its telepathic communication with 
`its brethren has been cut off.  Instinct tells it to secure the eggs, but 
`its new body is strange, weak, and frightning.  Personally, I think this 
`could turn into a neat character - maybe it develops a 'self', that 
`carries over even when it reverts to alien form.
`	In any case, perhaps it does plant the eggs, leads a few amazons 
`to it, and voila!, a new horde of aliens in China.  They soon destroy the 
`village.  Or not.
`	Around this time, I suppose Cologne and Team Ranma show up.  
`Cologne's miffed 'cus she's been told of the meteor - and she knows it to 
`be a predator ship.  SHe's beaten one in her youth, so the Amazon area 
`should be off limits.  She's surprised, though, to find aliens crawling 
`about.
`	Around this time, I suppose the predators show up.  Mayhem 
`ensues, with Team Ranma caught in between.  DO they team up with the 
`predators?  Do they play both teams against each other?  I dunno... 
`havn't thought that far.
`	Should it be gritty?  (You know, half of the Ranma cast getting 
`killed in various gory ways, or being facehugged into breeders).  Or 
`not.  Thinks it's worth working on?

Um... Aliens crashing on earth... In the Ranmaverse... Um.... I'm already working on it. Of course yours will most undoubtedly be incredibly different from mine.... think "Spring of drowned Alien" for mine... Do yours anyway, It'll be fun seeing how far off my version of aliens is. ^_^;
