thats not quite right.... is it? i seem to remember him driving out of a
window and getting hit with chicken soup in the hood... and turning back
into human form...
No, no, no. You have been watching too much Ranma. His "curse" was invoked
by contact with hot water, and reversed with cold. I clearly remember that
in one episode, in car form he fell into a lake and began to sink, he then
complained as he turned back to human form that it was easier to breathe
underwater as a car. Also he could never drive in the rain, same reason,
cold water switches him back.

Actually it was a show called Turbo Teen and it wasn't hot and cold
water per se.
It was anything that increased his body temperature, although this wasn't
always true. In some
episodes he changed with such things as hot sauce or getting emotionally
worked up. To change
back he had to "cool off", whether with cold water or by getting his body
temperature down.
