Actually, Cologne taught the "Blasting Point Technique" to Ryouga for the
purpose of defeating Ranma so that Ryouga would also win Akane's heart,
while at the same time, Ranma would get Shampoo.  But just as well, the

As for the "Dragon Ascention Defeat (Whirlwind) Technique",  Cologne also taught
that to Ranma, to counter against Happosai's pressure-point technique.  She
was also behind Ranma's "Roasted Chestnut Technique", as to make Ranma a
proper suitor for Shampoo.   He usually uses this to great effect!  

In a way, Ranma's Sensei is really Cologne and Happosai!  Think about it!!!!
