If fanfiction's were so illegal, then half of all of us fanfiction writers

would be attempting to do them in a teeny tiny 5 X 6 foot cell in the local
cop shop or club fed.<<

Besides, they wouldn't come after us first. They's go after the dojinshi publishers who are actually making money from their fanfics.
