Stunning... 

I really can't think of anything else to say... I love stories with
really evil villains... And this one really takes the cake. Using 
Kasumi as a sort of psychotic serial killer is a brilliant twist, even if 
it is a bit OoC. 

Nonetheless, it was a great story full of tention... I can't help feeling,
however, that is seems a little condensed... Maybe it needs to be filled 
out more... It has more the feel of a synopsis than anything else...

In any case, great work. Keep it up.
