I think I've figured out the problem.  The Akane Delenn people are
trying to shoehorn B5 into Ranma, while the Ukyou Delenn people are
trying to shoehorn Ranma into B5.

I'm one of the latter.

And I guess I'm still one of those who thinks that the two series are so
different that an attempt to merge them is... not promising.

This isn't really for the purposes of writing fics...I have CHESS
to go for with that.

It's just fun speculation.  Ha.
