Well seeing how everyone was talking about an x-files/Ranma crossover...

An having picked up an xfiles book about 20 minutes ago...

How does this sound?

	The hallway leading to the main chamber was dark, but then agin, what 
should he have expected, knowing that the members of the group were 
behind what would soon be happening here in Japan.  It had been bad 
enough that North America had set up the FBI with the long forgotten 
files, and much worse that Fox Mulder, son of one of the original members 
of the group, should be the one to head the organization, but the 
addition of Agent Dana Skully was an unexpected detriment to the options 
that the group had.  She had been recruited in order to take care of 
Mulders suspicians when he came across them, but thanks in part to some 
incidents, a member of the original group, and the bumbling attempts of 
one of the new members, that had gone horribly wrong.  Agents Mulder and 
Skully had become responsible for closing down many operations in the 
North American Theatre of Operations.
	It was somewhat unfortunate that the Japanese government had set 
up their own version of the North American X-Files cases.  It was even 
worse that they had chosen some personnel that had many experiances with 
the supernatural and thus with an ability to solve many of the mysteries 
that abounded there.  Worse yet, these particular people were extremely 
hard to kill or dispose of, they had learned that the hard way.  Of all 
people, members of the Asian communities could more readily accerpt 
magic, but these were the first that could defy powers far beyond any 
the group themselves had faced.
	The grey haired man with a slightly kind face entered the room 
and removed the files that he needed from his briefcase, files that he knew 
barely described the abilities of the members of the X-files team of 
Japan. 
	Looking at the gathered lower members, he passed out the file folders 
and set up the appropriate slides.  Hoping that the gathered personel 
would understand the extreme need for caution, he began his speach, "Gentlemen, 
this briefing is to let you understand that operations can no longer 
continue as they have been.  As you know, the Japanese Government has 
opened a mystical investigations unit in order to counter a lot of forces 
that have shown themselves in the country for the past seven years.  In 
this case, they have recruited individuals from the Nerima district who 
have certain abilities to combat what we are doing.  The chosen director 
tfor this new organization is a man known to us as Saotome Ranma.  
Unfortunately, not much is known about his activities or what makes him 
such a likely candidate for this."
	A picture of Ranma showed up on the wall, showing a young man 
about 25 five years of age.
	"He is apparently some sort of expert martial artists and lives 
with his wife, Satome Akane, who also happens to have been recruited for 
this group."  A picture of Akane and Ranko is shown.  "The second girl is 
Ranma's sister or cousin, it hasn't been determined to anyones 
satisfaction as to who she actually is, however..."
